Hello my name is xiao and I make clothing for haute.png. The name is a mashup of haute as in haute couture and .png the file type. Currently all reworked garments are sewn 100% by hand with no machine. I feel handsewing is a visceral experience that cannot be replicated by machine. Expect deconstructed garments, exposed threads, frayed edges, as these are some of the elements that bring me joy. I like punk, lolita, gothic, deconstucted avant garde fashion, and the good old y2k as that is the era I grew up in. I also feel that clothing should protect us as a sort of armor from external noise and do my best to select high quality materials, as much natural materials as I can.Thank you for looking and I will be working to add more pieces in the near future.
